If you can find out what you need to do to motivate yourself everything else will just kind of fall into place. I want to share with you a few simple tips you can use to get motivated when it comes to getting a body that makes people stare in lust.
The first thing you have to do is decide exactly what you want and how you’re going to get it. Most people are unclear with what they want and easily get distracted. Write down on a piece of paper exactly what you want your body to look like. Once you’ve made the decision on how you want to look you need to set some goals to get you there. Always make sure the goal ends with a deadline, in your case it’s 2 weeks.
Now you have to make sure your diet and exercise are in order. If you miss either of these 2 things you’ll never see great abs. Most people never see success because they procrastinate. The reason they procrastinate is that they become overwhelmed with everything. To make your life easier you need to get organized. At least once per week, usually Monday, I write down exactly what meals I am going to eat for the week and what food I need.
I then go out and buy all of the food I am going to need. Now the healthy eating part is taken care of. It’s easy to eat healthy if the food is already in your house. The next thing I do is plan out what exercise I am going to do. When trying to get 6 pack abs in 2 weeks you need to make sure you’re doing at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday. This will get rid of the stubborn layer of fat covering your belly. Also do weighted decline sit-ups to tone your abs. You’ll see great results if you follow this plan.
